Sun Semisquare Venus (Detriment)

As Venus is never more than 48 degrees from the Sun, the "combust" and semi-square are the only adverse aspects Venus can from to Sol. Neither is a very important aspect of itself, but at times may make the native extravagant, overfond of pleasure and luxury, amorous and mutable in the affections. Some delay or misfortune in love affairs and in dealing with the opposite sex. Loss through speculation extravagance, or carelessness.

Sun Square Mars

Many ups and down and obstacles in the path of the desires. Impulse, pride and anger cause many difficulties; deaths, separations, litigation and enmities; hasty, fiery temper, through not lasting; ambition, love of enterprise but not enough continuity of application, confidence, faith and patience. This is a Super Aspect and the Wisdom Aspect; the native is attracted to seeking the truth. When the aspect is an enhancement, the native usually finds truth in Judeo-Christian values. When the aspect is not an enhancement, the native is usually attracted to non-Judeo-Christian ideas. Generally, the native is highly responsible, faithful, and peace loving, but willing to fight and die for a cause. (Note this is the same interpretation as the Sun/Jupiter except with the moon the emotional side is amplified.)

Moon Semisextile Saturn

This signifies a determined, strong-willed person with enormous drive. It is the sign of the bulldozer who will run over anyone is sight to meet an objective, but who is often successful because of this drive and determination. Generally unorthodox, the native neither seeks nor accepts advice from others, and is happiest when being the boss in all relationships. This is the IMMOVABLE ASPECT, and the natives usually are the most self-willed and controlling persons in the zodiac.
