Sun Semisquare Venus

As Venus is never more than 48 degrees from the Sun, the "combust" and semi-square are the only adverse aspects Venus can from to Sol. Neither is a very important aspect of itself, but at times may make the native extravagant, overfond of pleasure and luxury, amorous and mutable in the affections. Some delay or misfortune in love affairs and in dealing with the opposite sex. Loss through speculation extravagance, or carelessness.

Sun Semisextile Neptune

A person of strong intuition and fertile imagination. A strong inclination toward refined pleasures: fine arts, music, pleasure cruises; a visionary; an artistic and creative person such as a sculptor, or a poet; gifted with robust health and longevity; this longevity is paralleled in a relationship by a profound feeling of closeness, as if the two have shared an entire lifetime; physical endurance and stamina because the Sun rules the heart, and Neptune rules stamina; a quick-healer; Neptune is regenerative, a restorer of health, qualities of the water it symbolizes; a doctor, nutritionist, nurse, health practitioner.

This is a Super Aspect and the Wisdom Aspect; the native is attracted to seeking the truth. When the aspect is an enhancement, the native usually finds truth in Judeo-Christian values. When the aspect is not an enhancement, the native is usually attracted to non-Judeo-Christian ideas. Generally, the native is highly responsible, faithful, and peace loving, but willing to fight and die for a cause. (Note this is the same interpretation as the Sun/Jupiter except with the moon the emotional side is amplified.)

Strong inspirational, psychic, emotional and imaging faculty; subtle feelings, quick impressions and eccentric, undefined or unexplainable acts. It attracts to peculiar people, exquisite tastes, luxuries, odd colors, odors and Bohemianism or unconventionality. Impulse is liable to predominate over reason, or through over enthusiasm the feelings may get the upper hand of judgment, leading to acts of indiscretion. Quick response to environmental influences. It affects the nervous or mental health through bodily disorder. The subject has great ambitions and desires for activity, success and mastery in lines coming under the Third, Sixth and Tenth House affairs, but his efforts are attended with delay, disappointments, obstacles and limitation, and in some cases he meets with criticism and opposition, open or secret, and his efforts are frequently thwarted and hindered or his plans overthrown. Encounters difficulty in acquiring an education and in all matters pertaining to books and studies. The retentive or memorizing faculty needs developing even though memory of events is strong. The aspect signifies great sorrow through death of brethren for father, probably both, or their ill health, separation or estrangement from them, although not necessarily through quarrels, but more as the result of circumstances. Trouble is occasioned through slander, false reports, forged letters or documents, unfriendly writings, delayed and misunderstood letters, and the subject may himself cause difficulty through these things. The effect on the nature is to make one sarcastic, bitter, impulsive and somewhat dissembling with periods of gloom, pessimism or exasperation, grave anxiety, worry, constant disturbance of the mind, errors or judgment, caused by fear, circumstances, lack of initiative, procrastination and continuos restriction of action. This lead the mind to meditate and endeavor to discover the reason for these undesirable manifestations, and from the attitude one may be prone to seek recourse in the study of Occult subjects and spiritual philosophy, and thus improve his responses to the aspect. If either planet be in or rule the Third or Ninth House it gives and inclination for science and Occult learning, which considerably improves the reaction to this aspect, but still there is liability to loss through failure, theft, fraud and deception; difficulty or loss in employment or thorough lack of employment, poor health often interfering; troubles through neighbors, servants, societies, associations, messengers, travelers, and by things ruled by the sign and house occupied. This is a bad aspect for the teeth, causing decay; also causes slow or poor circulation or digestion, bowel affliction, weakness, obstruction and constipation. People with the aspect or are annoyed with these latter troubles should avoid strong drinks or highly seasoned food.

Snap judgments made; ideas are grasped quickly but the native shows impatience with others who do not think the same manner. Skepticism and cynicism may turn into fanaticism, and obsession. Massive amounts of energy; directs energy to fame; brings war to the world; aggressive; impulsive and impatient. This aspect signifies a great reservoir of physical energy and a special talent in Uranian endeavors and careers. In a man, this aspect is a Sexual Aspect, as well as often indicating a man who desires changes of sexual partners. Mars is the male sex planet, and the Uranian influence tends to cause Mars to fluctuate, thus changing the sexual attractions of the man. If the Personal Aspect is turbulent, the desire for a variation in sex partners is accentuated.

Mars (Detriment) Opposition Chiron

** Turbulent Aspect ** One of the Male Sexual Aspects, it creates the ultimate high energy level, generates more pure energy than any other aspect, and rates as a Super Sports Champion Aspect (a term from Astrology Really Works!). But the Chiron -Mars aspect does not help coordination in the way the Venus-Mars aspect does. The native needs aspects that help coordination in order to most beneficially harness the energy this aspect provides. If the aspect in not well used and controlled through moral teachings, there can be constant moral slippage toward excessive aggressiveness, and even belligerency.

Jupiter (Exaltation) Square Uranus

Broad scope of mind and originality of thought with interesting, surprising or unique logic and manner of reasoning. Loss through impulse, unwise judgment and imprudent action, risky ventures, unpremeditated acts. Through unfortunate decision, changes and events the subject is hindered and delayed. It threatens sudden, unexpected and heavy losses by acts of nature, through friends, governmental or legal decrees, misinformation, wrong advice, misjudgment.

Difficulties and trouble through the affairs and things indicated by the house occupied by Neptune. Losses through speculation, fraud and treachery; secret sorrows. Peculiar religious benefits, emotional disturbances, uncertain health, danger form the deceit and dishonesty, trouble through water, liquids, drugs, oils, chemicals or beverages. Danger at sea or pleasure resorts.

Saturn Semisquare Pluto

As with other negative Pluto aspects; jealousy, lust, dominance. The native strives for personal power and may withdraw himself from normal human contacts in order to achieve this aim. Destructive tendencies. Frustrated drives. Dishonesty regarding emotional interaction. Miscalculations of desire.

Saturn Trine Chiron

This provides the native with the unusual ability to be a force against Judeo-Christian beliefs, morals and family values, and against marriage as an institution. This aspect also gives the native an ability to dominate the destinies of others, for better or worse. The native very often has a desire and ability to destroy marriages and break up families, and is often against the free enterprise economic system, preferring socialism or communism. Because this is a Saturn aspect, a turbulent angle can result in unconventionality. Especially in a woman, the turbulent Saturn-Chiron aspect is the Seclusion Aspect, with the native often living the last decades without a loved one. If a person has this aspect, there is far greater need to be much more careful about any involvement. In any relationship of love, a Romantic Super Linkage is required to offset this natal aspect. This is not a very serious aspect; it gives the same quick, keen intuition and faculty for the curious, with attraction for and desire to investigate the mysterious and things occult, but indicates obstacles, difficulties and danger in following extremes in the foregoing. The person is subject to psychic conditions, consciously or unconsciously, therefore, my be influenced by surroundings and environment to his detriment. Many inexpressible moods and emotions will be felt, such as from trance, ecstasy and bliss to vague, semi-hysterical states. Subtle attraction and revulsion. Should exercise great discrimination in choice of friend, confidante or confrere.
