Sun (Fall) Contra-Parallel Venus (Fall)

As Venus is never more than 48 degrees from the Sun, the "combust" and semi-square are the only adverse aspects Venus can from to Sol. Neither is a very important aspect of itself, but at times may make the native extravagant, overfond of pleasure and luxury, amorous and mutable in the affections. It is an unfortunate aspect for marriage, yet if the planets are in common signs, usually marries more than once. A bad aspect for speculation and such thing as Saturn rules by nature, also by sign and house it occupies in the chart. The native meets with persecution, slander or scandal; disapproval of seniors, parents or employers; difficulties and sorrows through parents, property and possessions. Sorrow through death of young people and mother. Temporary derangements of the health, colds, falls and accidents. The native should refrain from strong physics and employ healthful exercises. This aspect affects the disposition, causing the subject to become somewhat selfish, subtle, careful of his own interests, given to periods of worry, anxiety, doubt, mistrust in self, gloom and despondency. The emotional needs will be expressed contrary to confidence in spiritual realities, while the latter will not be available to assist in difficulties arising the former.
