If Mars is in Capricorn or the Sun dignified it lessens the tendency to rashness, etc…

Moon Trine Saturn (Ruler)

This signifies a determined, strong-willed person with enormous drive. It is the sign of the bulldozer who will run over anyone is sight to meet an objective, but who is often successful because of this drive and determination. Generally unorthodox, the native neither seeks nor accepts advice from others, and is happiest when being the boss in all relationships. This is the IMMOVABLE ASPECT, and the natives usually are the most self-willed and controlling persons in the zodiac. The upside is that they are very often genuinely faithful, are good providers, and are responsible to their family. (Note this aspect is the same as Sun/Saturn but more emotionally charged.)

Unless other testimonies offset this, it is not a good aspect for the accumulation of money, as a great deal is spent for appearances in dress, ornaments, luxury; inclines to easy good nature and fondness for pleasure, producing lack off accurate business instinct, resulting in loss through carelessness, fraud, deception, desertion, separation, prosecution, speculation, and unsound investments or securities. Some interpretations: charismatic beauty, love of family and marriage, strong marriage and family orientation, a career involved with making money, love for the New Age and what is a part of the new Age, money from marriage and family, money from endeavors that are ruled by Chiron and what has to do with the public, and a charismatic amount of money. The native is almost always in love with being in love and therefore always needs to be in a love relationship, resulting and a tendency to fall in love too easily.

Mars Semisextile Uranus

Massive amounts of energy; directs energy to fame; brings war to the world; aggressive; impulsive and impatient. This aspect signifies a great reservoir of physical energy and a special talent in Uranian endeavors and careers. In a man, this aspect is a Sexual Aspect, as well as often indicating a man who desires changes of sexual partners. Mars is the male sex planet, and the Uranian influence tends to cause Mars to fluctuate, thus changing the sexual attractions of the man. If the Personal Aspect is turbulent, the desire for a variation in sex partners is accentuated.

This is one of the most powerful aspects that is not a Super Aspect. It helps the native to be noteworthy and or charismatic. If the native also has a Super Aspect formed by Chiron, then he or she can have a hypnotic or mesmerizing influence on most of us. Jupiter (Ruler) Parallel Chiron

This is one of the most powerful of all aspects, as this Super Aspect provides the native with a fabulous public image and a commanding presence, which instills confidence and wins trust. No matter how powerful and helpful one aspect is, though, there is no substitute for hard work, determination, and tenacity.
