Trouble with parts of the body denoted by the signs occupied by the afflicted planets. An unfortunate aspect for parents, denoting death, separation or disputes; bad for legacies; difficulties with compani3es, partnerships or in marriage. Liable to imprisonment. If either planet is well aspected and well located by sign, much of the above is mitigated, but notice the houses which they occupy, as they indicate trouble for the things ruled thereby.

Mars Opposition Neptune

Somewhat vague, indefinite or mysterious, obscure and secretive. Danger of loss and accident on or by water or liquids; through poisons, drugs or habits; also through thieves and acts of Nature. Trouble through duplicity, deception, fraud, imitation, racketeering, bribery, false accusation, and arrest. To psychic persons it gives liability to distraction or obsession (possession) and produces derangement, hallucination and strange ideas.
