Sun Semisquare Venus (Detriment)

As Venus is never more than 48 degrees from the Sun, the "combust" and semi-square are the only adverse aspects Venus can from to Sol. Neither is a very important aspect of itself, but at times may make the native extravagant, overfond of pleasure and luxury, amorous and mutable in the affections. Some delay or misfortune in love affairs and in dealing with the opposite sex. Loss through speculation extravagance, or carelessness.

Sun Sextile Uranus

Attracted to fame; a public personality; an innovative person; original thinker; a thirst for freedom; interest in the occult and all things extraordinary; a person at ease and talented with whatever is ruled by Uranus, including astrology, mass media, entertainment; publicity; usually somewhat iconoclastic and cynical about the status quo; Uranus rules adaptability and change on a grand scale---and globalization; this adaptability if often accompanied by an unwillingness to die for any cause, and a weak sense of patriotism.

A person of strong intuition and fertile imagination. A strong inclination toward refined pleasures: fine arts, music, pleasure cruises; a visionary; an artistic and creative person such as a sculptor, or a poet; gifted with robust health and longevity; this longevity is paralleled in a relationship by a profound feeling of closeness, as if the two have shared an entire lifetime; physical endurance and stamina because the Sun rules the heart, and Neptune rules stamina; a quick-healer; Neptune is regenerative, a restorer of health, qualities of the water it symbolizes; a doctor, nutritionist, nurse, health practitioner.

** Turbulent Aspect ** This is one of the most powerful aspects that is not a Super Aspect. It helps the native to be noteworthy and or charismatic. If the native also has a Super Aspect formed by Chiron, then he or she can have a hypnotic or mesmerizing influence on most of us. This is also a female Romance Aspect where the native (person born with the aspect), if female, has an unusually intense desire for marriage and children. Such women often marry and have children when they are very young.

This is a Super Aspect and the Wisdom Aspect; the native is attracted to seeking the truth. When the aspect is an enhancement, the native usually finds truth in Judeo-Christian values. When the aspect is not an enhancement, the native is usually attracted to non-Judeo-Christian ideas. Generally, the native is highly responsible, faithful, and peace loving, but willing to fight and die for a cause. (Note this is the same interpretation as the Sun/Jupiter except with the moon the emotional side is amplified.)

Sorrow through death of young people and mother. Temporary derangements of the health, colds, falls and accidents. The native should refrain from strong physics and employ healthful exercises. This aspect affects the disposition, causing the subject to become somewhat selfish, subtle, careful of his own interests, given to periods of worry, anxiety, doubt, mistrust in self, gloom and despondency. A good aspect f Sun, Jupiter, Mars or Venus will help to offset the severity of the above.

Grace of motion because Venus rules grace and beauty, and Mars rules the muscles, energy, actions and movement; harmonious energy; abundant energy; money from whatever is ruled by Mars, including athletics and sports, war and the military, weaponry, the development and maintenance of muscles and the body; love of war because Mars rules war and Venus rules desire.

Jealousy and possessiveness enters relationships; ultimately causing loneliness in the native. A strong sex drive can lead to uncontrolled lust and immoderate behavior. Relationships are full of conflict. The native often loses friends without understanding the reason why. The native feels emotionally insecure and rears the inability to love or be loved.

Venus (Detriment) Conjunction Chiron

This is a Super Aspect and the most significant Romance Aspect. Some interpretations: charismatic beauty, love of family and marriage, strong marriage and family orientation, a career involved with making money, love for the New Age and what is a part of the new Age, money from marriage and family, money from endeavors that are ruled by Chiron and what has to do with the public, and a charismatic amount of money. The native is almost always in love with being in love and therefore always needs to be in a love relationship, resulting and a tendency to fall in love too easily.

Mars (Detriment) Semisextile Chiron

One of the Male Sexual Aspects, it creates the ultimate high energy level, generates more pure energy than any other aspect, and rates as a Super Sports Champion Aspect (a term from Astrology Really Works!). But the Chiron -Mars aspect does not help coordination in the way the Venus-Mars aspect does. The native needs aspects that help coordination in order to most beneficially harness the energy this aspect provides. If the aspect in not well used and controlled through moral teachings, there can be constant moral slippage toward excessive aggressiveness, and even belligerency.

Jupiter (Detriment) Quincunx Saturn

This pairing is that of the two most opposite planets and can produce extreme grace, selflessness and genius; or extreme obsessions paranoia, and dark desires. This is the most complicated aspect to interpret; the native is sometimes enormously successful but is usually unable to handle the power the success brings. So, this aspect ends up making the native a Fallen Angel. Its influences have the strongest of spiritual overtones.

This is not a very serious aspect; it gives the same quick, keen intuition and faculty for the curious, with attraction for and desire to investigate the mysterious and things occult, but indicates obstacles, difficulties and danger in following extremes in the foregoing. The person is subject to psychic conditions, consciously or unconsciously, therefore, my be influenced by surroundings and environment to his detriment. Many inexpressible moods and emotions will be felt, such as from trance, ecstasy and bliss to vague, semi-hysterical states. Subtle attraction and revulsion. Should exercise great discrimination in choice of friend, confidante or confrere.

Ability to have power and control over the pubic, or to enforce significant change on the populace; ability to move or sway the public to act or embrace an idea, or to command attention and appreciation from the public or an audience; for athletes, this is also an energy and coordination enhancer to the other pairing in an M/Q, especially if the other pairing includes Mars, Mercury, or Sun.

Power from ideas, religion, the sex act (as opposed to lovemaking) and anything ruled by Neptune; the ability to inject religion or ideas into a power struggle; adept at seizing power through religion or ideas; big business from original ideas, talent artistry or other Neptunian symbolisms (it also means success form such activities because Pluto rules big business, and you cannot attain big business without success); for athletes, this is also an energy and coordination enhancer to the other pairing in an M/Q, especially if the other pairing includes Mars, Mercury, or Sun. Also obsessive or powerful and long lasting sexual desire lust and stamina.

This signifies a strong desire for marriage and children, someone who is highly intuitive and resourceful. It is a female Romance Aspect, and if the native is a woman, all she thinks about is her Prince Charming or meeting one. She feels completely unfulfilled without one in her life.

Saturn Contra-Parallel Uranus

The tendencies and desires are the same as before mentioned, but the subject has not the capacity and ability to direct the forces to the same successful results and meets with general misfortune through things mentioned and indicated by the houses these planets occupy. This aspect has an injurious effect on the health at some tie, weakening the parts of the body denoted by the signs occupied, especially by Saturn, producing a heavy, complicated and serious sickness, either long drawn our or else incurable. Liability to accidents by falls, falling object, collisions, acts of nature, riots or uprising and disregard for the rights for feeling of others. Mentally it gives singular, imaginative, eccentric and peculiar attitudes sudden temper, impulsive, aggressive acts. Radical or destructive tendencies. In a very weak or adverse chart, may invert the abilities and become thoroughly bad, treacher5ous, violent, or the aspect may manifest indolence, idleness, with an improvident attitude, satisfied only in catering to the tastes and emotions.
