If either planet be in or rule the Third or Ninth House it gives and inclination for science and Occult learning, which considerably improves the reaction to this aspect, but still there is liability to loss through failure, theft, fraud and deception; difficulty or loss in employment or thorough lack of employment, poor health often interfering; troubles through neighbors, servants, societies, associations, messengers, travelers, and by things ruled by the sign and house occupied. Mars (Ruler) Parallel Jupiter (Detriment)

Attracts good luck; abundant energy; usually believes in God; fortunate and blessed; this pairing is a strong enhancer of other paring and planets.

Mars (Ruler) Contra-Parallel Uranus

The subject has most of the aforementioned traits and qualities, but is somewhat over-forceful, restless and unsettled; hasty and erroneous in judgment, quick in opposition, resentful, irritable, erratic, radical, imprudent, defiant, odd, eccentric, ungovernable, rebellious, fanciful, excitable, enigmatical. Danger of imprisonment and liability to violence, accidents, wounds and trouble through firearms, explosions, lightning, fire, wrecks, machinery, vehicles of transportation and electrical devices. It denotes sudden and unfortunate events which upset prearranged affairs, reversal of plans and changes in objective.

Mars (Ruler) Contra-Parallel Pluto

The capacity for violence lies just beneath the surface and often overwhelms the native. Lack of purpose causes inner turbulence and restlessness which may lead to irrational acts. The native has trouble controlling his impulses, and has difficulty living in a structured society. Sadistic tendencies. The native should learn to carefully analyze his reasons for taking actions of any sort.

Jupiter (Detriment) Contra-Parallel Pluto

The individual has unrealistic expectation and dissipates a lot of energy on unobtainable or inappropriate goals. His self-opinion fluctuates from over confidence to inadequacy. Overbearing attitude and the tendency to try to force others to conform to his will may compensate inferiority feelings. He has the power to lead but without the charm and popularity of the favorable aspects. Dogmatic, destructive. There will be difficulty or inability to conjoin spiritual insight and training with emotional drives and ambitions. The emotional needs will be expressed contrary to confidence in spiritual realities, while the latter will not be available to assist in difficulties arising the former.

Saturn Parallel Neptune

Like Saturn + Uranus, this pairing represents unhappiness with prevailing mores or accepted beliefs and the status quo, but here, there is the desire to change public views and ideas with the fervent wish to instill a particular set of his/her own values and doctrines, but always with the willingness to bring about change in a nonviolent fashion; ability to innovate the arts and create new art forms.

Saturn Contra-Parallel Chiron

** Turbulent Aspect ** This provides the native with the unusual ability to be a force against Judeo-Christian beliefs, morals and family values, and against marriage as an institution. This aspect also gives the native an ability to dominate the destinies of others, for better or worse. The native very often has a desire and ability to destroy marriages and break up families, and is often against the free enterprise economic system, preferring socialism or communism. Because this is a Saturn aspect, a turbulent angle can result in unconventionality. Especially in a woman, the turbulent Saturn-Chiron aspect is the Seclusion Aspect, with the native often living the last decades without a loved one. If a person has this aspect, there is far greater need to be much more careful about any involvement. In any relationship of love, a Romantic Super Linkage is required to offset this natal aspect. Please remember that all other natal aspects must be taken into account when analyzing a chart, and there could be offsetting aspects.

Uranus Parallel Pluto

Ability to have power and control over the pubic, or to enforce significant change on the populace; ability to move or sway the public to act or embrace an idea, or to command attention and appreciation from the public or an audience; for athletes, this is also an energy and coordination enhancer to the other pairing in an M/Q, especially if the other pairing includes Mars, Mercury, or Sun.

Neptune Contra-Parallel Chiron

** Turbulent Aspect ** This is a Cinderella aspect. Interpretations: long-term financial security through marriage, long-term family ties, long-term charisma, lasting noteworthiness, New Age ideas and inspirations, and becoming a real live Cinderella. It works on men, also. Since Neptune is the most feminine planet, this aspect imparts a soft, feminine charisma that is very appealing. Princess Diana was born with this aspect. It is also a Romance Aspect. The native believes in real-life Cinderellas and dreams about marrying a form of royalty.
